There are times where you feel that you have lost it all, and that you are going no where.

But where there is a will, there is  a way.
There is always something that you can do to rise high.

This is a daily routine for me.

No matter how bad I feel when I go to sleep, when I wake up next day in the morning, it is a whole new day with a fresh start.

Always think in a positive way, bad thoughts will only harm you.
