I know sometimes it is hard to forget the past, but when you do remember a painful situation in the past,  just keep telling yourself it was a lesson that I learned.

As for the future, keep imagining how your dreams will come true!

When I have flash backs, they are all flash backs of old memories, I never remember a whole day, no matter how wonderful or awful it was!
